  • I’m just a weekend warrior but I want to boost my results. Can you help?

    Yes. We have nutrition plans for all people involved in sport from runners to a gym goers, from the beginner to the elite. Get your nutrition right and your results will skyrocket!

  • Is there a maximum number in the club workshops?

    No. We can speak to all teams at once. However, what we find is when there are smaller numbers for example one team at a time, the workshop can be more personalised and players tend to be more engaged and ask questions specific to their needs.

  • Will players have a plan of attack after the workshop?

    Definitely! We will email all players a Performance Nutrition Guide to Elevate results

  • Is there ongoing coaching if players want individual plans to meet specific goals?

    Yes we offer a FREE 15 minute phone consultation for all players after the workshop.


    Players can also choose to engage us for ongoing personalised services & plans.

  • Do you recommend supplements ie. Protein powders?

    We only recommend Sports Certified products of the highest standard
